User safety is paramount in the design and construction of the Atlas Quick Hitch. The heart of the safety features is the cylinder which exceeds all current Australian crane codes. A closed loop circuit design incorporating internal manifold and pilot operated lock check value ensures no attachment is released in the event of hydraulic failure.
Automatic hydraulic locking is available on hitches to suit 12 tonnes and larger excavators and spring loaded safety pins on the side of the hitch as back-up is standard equipment.
